Mitra Dulux Point 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Mitra Dulux Point 2026 Loyalty Program (“Program”) operated by PT ICI Paints Indonesia (“Dulux”, “We”, “Us”). Participation in the Program indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

Program
Mitra Dulux Point 2026 Loyalty Program.

Participant / You
An individual painter or entity duly registered and approved to participate in the Program.

Personal Data
Any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, including name, contact information, purchases, and loyalty activity history.

Points
Units of value earned under this Program, based on eligible purchases of Dulux products.

Rewards
Tangible or non-tangible items, benefits, or services that Participants may redeem using accumulated Points.

Controller
PT ICI Paints Indonesia, responsible for managing and administering the Program.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must register and be an active painter in the Dulux channel partner network. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

4. Enrollment and Account

4.1 Participants must register using the official Program registration channels provided by Dulux.
4.2 Each Participant will be assigned a unique account identifier. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share or transfer your account to others.

5. Earning Points

5.1 Points are awarded based on eligible Dulux product purchases recorded through authorized channels.
5.2 Dulux will determine the Points allocation formula and reserves the right to modify it at any time.
5.3 Points cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or combined with other loyalty programs.

6. Redeeming Rewards

6.1 Participants may redeem Points for Rewards listed in the Program catalog or as otherwise specified by Dulux.
6.2 Points redemption is subject to availability and specific redemption rules.
6.3 Once redeemed, Points and Rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Program Changes and Termination

7.1 Dulux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time without prior notice, including changes to Points earning mechanics, Reward catalog, or eligibility criteria.
7.2 Dulux may terminate or suspend your participation if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

8.1 By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Personal Data will be used for Program administration, communication, reporting, and compliance with applicable law.
8.3 Dulux will handle your Personal Data with confidentiality and appropriate security protections. (This mirrors privacy terms but in context.)

9. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including brand names, trademarks, logos, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of Dulux or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Dulux will exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the Program infrastructure, including Points tracking and Reward fulfillment.
10.2 However, Dulux does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results from Program participation.
10.3 Dulux will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms will be resolved through the competent courts of Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

Dulux may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication through official Program communication channels. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
